Fabric Face Mask

Two panels cloth masks or more commonly known as shell masks, are now becoming popular. Since the Covid-19 or Corona pandemic, the government and WHO have suggested using cloth masks every time they travel for ordinary people. Medical masks and respirators are specifically used for medical workers.

Now you can still look trendy with a cloth mask. At Shrelo, you can print your own unique mask patterns, and make everyday masks. This cloth mask can be washed and it is recommended to use 4-6 hours for outdoor use.

For water repellent cloth masks, it is recommended to use Canvas Crafting. Canvas Crafting material has hydrophobic properties, so the water does not want to stick to its surface. Protection against droplets (drops of water) from virus sufferers will be optimal with this Canvas Crafting material.

What is water repellent? You can see the video here. Our Canvas Tebal, Canvas Crafting, and Taslan Parasut are water repellents. From those 3 fabrics, Canvas Crafting is the favourite materials for shell face mask.

Besides Canvas Crafting, there are Drill Premium materials and Katun Sakura to make custom fabric masks on Shrelo. For these 2 types of ingredients, it is recommended to use Hyget Korea lining for optimal protection. Custom printed cloth masks with Drill Premium and Katun Sakura don't have water repellent properties like Canvas Crafting.

For the mask pattern itself there are some patterns that can be downloaded:

For those of you who sell the face mask as all size, it is recommended to use a "woman / slim" pattern. For those who want to imitate the pattern of the famous fabric factory SriT*ehm* that makes the *ehm* anti "bacterial" mask, you can use the "slim duckbill" pattern. The slim duckbill pattern is popular because the brand is very active in advertising, but it actually not fit well at the bottom part. You know... customers...

You can make a set of 6 masks for yourself. So every day masks can be changed, while other masks are washed. In addition, for you dropshipper, you can also sell masks by dropship. Custom masks at Shrelo have 3 strap options: twill tape, rubber, elastic cord (and stopper). Both have advantages and disadvantages. For twill tape or ropes, it will last longer, but it is less practical when removed and used. For rubber, if it's been long enough you need to replace the rubber, but it's practical when opened and used. If your customers use hijab, they often choose twill tape. The most favorite to date is using rubber. For longer usage such as at work, you can try the elastic cord strap model with a stopper. This format is comfortable to be used for extended period.
